Notice Of Public Review 

Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro’s (HACG) proposed annual Agency Plan and 5-Year Plan including HUD's "Capital Fund Program" 5-Year Plan, for modernization of Housing Authority structures and properties will be available for Public Review. The proposed plans are available for review at your Housing Development Management Office, the HACG Administrative Office, the Wayne County Public Library, the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, and the HACG website below (www.hacg.org).

Notice is herby given that The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG), is  making available for public comment the updated flat rent charges to be effective January 1, 2019.

The 30-day Public Comment Period will begin on Thursday, November 1, 2018 and end on Saturday, December 1, 2018.  The proposed updated flat rent charges are available for your review at your Housing Development Management Office, the HACG Administrative Office, and the HACG website (www.hacg.org)

NOTICE OF ACOP REVISION TO INCLUDE THE HUD OVER INCOME LIMITS

This notice is to inform you that the Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) is making available for public comment proposed changes of the ACOP, Chapter 11; page 11-8 to include Over- Income Limits to be effective March 21, 2019. These changes became law on July 29, 2016 as required by the “Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016”.
The 30-day comment period will begin on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 and end on Friday, February 15, 2019. The proposed change for Over Income Limits is available for your review at each Housing Development Office, the HACG Administrative Office and the HACG website (www.hacg.org).

Notice is also hereby given of a Public Hearing to receive comments
concerning the HACG’s proposed annual Agency Plan and 5-Year Plan including HUD's "Capital Fund Program" 5-Year Plan, for modernization of Housing Authority structures and properties.

The Public Hearing will be held Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the HACG Administrative Office, Meeting Room, 700 N. Jefferson Avenue, Goldsboro, NC. 

Anyone planning to attend the Public Hearing that needs an interpreter or translator should contact Jessica Goldman at the HACG Administrative Office at 700 N. Jefferson Avenue, Goldsboro, NC or 919-735-4226 ext 117 (4) four days prior to the Public Hearing.
