RE: Notice of Updated Utility Allowances

The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) is providing notice that the updatedutility allowances will be available for public review and comment prior to their effective dateof January 1, 2026.
The 30-day public comment period will run from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, through Friday, October 17, 2025. During this time, residents and the public are invited to review the proposed utility allowances and submit written comments.

How to Review the Proposed Utility Allowances
Copies are available for review at the following locations:
• Each Housing Development Office
• HACG Administrative Office, 700 N. Jefferson Avenue
