Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro’s (HACG) proposed annual Agency Plan and 5-Year Plan including HUD's "Capital Fund Program" 5-Year Plan, for modernization of Housing Authority structures and properties will be available for Public Review.

In accordance with federal regulation, the plans will be posted on January 10, 2019 in the following locations: Housing Development Management Office, the HACG Administrative Office, the Wayne County Public Library, the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, and the HACG website below (www.hacg.org).

Notice of Updated Allowance for Housing Choice Vouchers/Section 8

This notice is to inform you that the Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro is making available for public comment the updated utility allowances to be effective July 1, 2019.

The 30 day comment period will begin Friday, May 17, 2019 and end on Tuesday, June 18, 2019. The proposed utility allowance will be available for review at the HCV /Section 8 Office, HACG website
(www.hacg.org) and the HACG Administrative Office.

Notice Of Public Comment Period for Updating Waitlist Preferences

This notice is to inform you that Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) is proposing a revision to its ACOP in Chapter 3 regarding Waitlists and Preferences.

In accordance with federal regulation, we will hold a 30-day public comment period beginning on August 15, 2019 and ending on September 16, 2019. During the comment period, the proposed changes will be available at the HACG Administrative Office, the Occupancy Office, the individual property management offices, and the HACG website (www.hacg.org). The proposed effective date for the revised FMR is September 19, 2019.
