RE: Notice of Updated Utility Allowances
The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) is providing notice that the updatedutility allowances will be available for public review and comment prior to their effective date of January 1, 2026.
The 30-day public comment period will run from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, through Friday, October 17, 2025. During this time, residents and the public are invited to review the proposed utility allowances and submit written comments.

Re: Notice Of Proposed 2026 Payment Standards
This notice is to inform you that Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) is making available for public comment the updated payment standards to be effective January 1, 2026.
In accordance with federal regulation, we will hold a 30-day public comment period beginning on October 13, 2025 and ending on November 12, 2025. During the comment period, the proposed updated payment standards will be available for review on the HACG website (www.hacg.org) and are also included on the back of this notice. The proposed effective date for the payment standard is January 1, 2026.

RE: NOTICE OF UPDATED FLAT RENT CHARGES
This notice is to inform you that the Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro (HACG) is making available for public comment the updated flat rent charges to be effective February 1, 2026. The 30‐day public comment period will begin on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 and end on Monday, December 22, 2025. The proposed updated flat rent charges are available for your review at each Housing Development Office, the HACG Administrative Office and the HACG
website (www.hacg.org).
