The Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro located in Goldsboro, NC (50 miles east of Raleigh, NC) is seeking qualified candidates to fill an open Full-Time position for the Director of Asset Management. The Director is responsible for strategic planning, developing, implementing, and administering the overall goals and responsibilities of the Asset Management Department for the housing authority. The Director monitors and provides guidance for the Admissions and Occupancy staff, the Property Management staff, the Compliance Manager, and the Lead Maintenance staff member to ensure success in all areas of the Asset Management Department. Pay will be based on experience and skills within the hiring range of $67,487.00 - $85,490.51. Progressively responsible experience in management or in an administrative capacity in property management or low-income housing is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position, may be considered.
