Resident ServicesNotice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Goldsboro's (HACG) proposed annual Agency Plan and 5-Year Plan including HUD's "Capital Fund Program" 5-Year Plan, for modernization of Housing Authority structures and properties will be available for Public Review. In accordance with federal regulations, the plans will be posted on January 13, 2026 on the HACG website (www.hacg.org) as well as the following physical locations:

Notice is also hereby given of a Public Hearing to receive comments concerning the HACG's proposed annual Agency Plan and 5-Year Plan including HUD's "Capital Fund Program" 5-Year Plan, for modernization of Housing Authority structures and properties. The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the HACG Administrative Office, Meeting Room, 700 N. Jefferson Avenue, Goldsboro, NC.
