Park Court Apartments Recognized for Excellence in Sustainability
We are proud to share that our Park Court Apartments has been awarded the 2025 Housing North Carolina Award for Excellence in Sustainability by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency!
This past week, Scott Farmer personally visited Park Court to present the award, recognizing our commitment to creating quality, affordable housing that is energy-efficient, environmentally responsible, and built to last.
Our team will also share Park Court's success story during a special panel at the NC Affordable Housing Conference on September 30.
