Veteran Stand Down Event

The Community Homeless Veterans Stand Down connects veterans with valuable resources and support services, including medical screenings, veteran services, housing assistance, community services, free haircuts, NC Works employment services, and information and referrals for local, state, and federal assistance programs.

Veterans should bring a VA Card or DD214. Lunch will be provided.

Hosted by Nu Hope Community Center, Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Health Care System (Goldsboro CBOC), and the City of Goldsboro in partnership with Goldsboro Housing Authority, Kappa Alpha Psi, Hope Extended, and other community organizations.
