Diabetes HealthCheck (Free)

The prediabetes screening process includes a risk questionaire, height and weight measurement with BMI calculation, blood pressure screening, and a fingerstick Hemoglobin A1c test.  Participants must be at least 18 years old, NOT pregnant, and NOT previously diagnosed with diabetes.
