Goshen Medical Unit - West Haven

The Goshen Mobile Medical Unit will be coming to West Haven on Wednesday, July 10th 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.

We accept BCBS, Private Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare and we offer a sliding fee scale.
We recommend that you schedule a time to see the provider, however we can take some walk-ins.
Some of the services we offer are physicals, annual wellness visits, acute care and chronic ongoing care.
